Went for the social etiquette course yesterday frm 9am to abt 2.30pm. had a fun time learning the stuffs taught there, but at the same time also feel quite nervous coz we have to present ourselves in front of other people..

first, we learn our poises like how are we supposed to stand, sit, walk gracefully, etc. ok i shall give u some tips how to sit. =x when sitting down, stand near the edge of the chair and do not bend and tidy ur skirt when sitting down. this is so as to maintian a straight position when sitting down. after u sit near the edge of the chair, then sit backwards to the end of the chair so that u will not slouch.

the second module, we learn some things like how to remove ur jacket properly and some communication skills. din know the proper way of removing the jacket till yesterday. =x when removing the jacket, we are not allowed to let our sleeve go dangling abt and we need to hold on to the sleeve when taking off the jacket.

the last module, we learn how to hold our cutleries and we also learn the different types of cutleries that are present during a formal meal. in addition, we learn how to place our cutleries when we finished our meal. when we are done with the meal, we shld place our fork facing down and our knife shld be face inwards to show that we are done with the dish. when we are having our meal and have not done with and wanted to go to the washroom etc, we shall place the cutleries down like the way we are holding it and place apart.

haha.. there are many more to wat we have learnt but very hard to relate here. hmmm u all shld have learn sth le rite? not bad ah, i provide a free tuition here. =p

after learning the three modules, we went to swensens to practise wat we have learnt. we were provided a soup of the day, a beverage, a main course and a ice-cream.the food is very nice!!but then we have to abide by all the rules we have learnt so this process of eating is not as nice... =x i sat opp wr, yw sat opp alvin while xf sat opp kc. then there was one time when kc give xf his water coz xf finished her water and mine and wanted to ask for more but the waiter go off le. then yw was like quite... haha..

after the whole thing, me, yw, xf, wr, and ter study at airport coz our thing was at airport ma. well, as expected, din touch much. so after a while at abt 6 plus, we went to a corner at the gallery to play bridge. =x then xf say got pp pointing at us and shaking their head. so we move more inwards but then later two cleaners came tat way! so worried tat we will kana catch la.. luckily din. =x later, we went to expo Macau there for dinner. i was the last to finish the dinner! =x hee.. then we keep shooting each other and it was like so funny!! went home after tat and reach home at abt 9pm.
